Booking and Payment
All services are charged at £30 per hour, with a minimum booking of 2 hours (£60). The first 2 hours must be paid in advance to confirm your booking. Any additional hours can be paid at the end of the service on the same day. Your booking is confirmed once the required advance payment has been received.
Cancellations
Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the agreed start time will receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before the agreed start time, including same-day bookings, are subject to a £30 cancellation charge. The remaining £30 advance payment will be refunded.
No-Show & No Access
If we arrive at the agreed location and the client is unavailable, does not respond or has not arranged access, the £60 advance payment will be retained to cover the reserved two-hour booking and costs incurred.
Additional Hours
If additional time is required, this can be agreed during the booking, subject to availability. Additional hours are charged at £30 per hour and can be paid at the end of the service that day.
Additional Expenses
Any purchases required during the booking are paid by the client. Travel required for hospital discharge, appointments or outings is also paid by the client.
Same-Day & Short-Notice Bookings
Same-day and short-notice bookings are subject to availability. If your booking falls within the statutory cancellation period, we will ask for your consent before the service begins.
Cancellations by CALEVIA
If CALEVIA is unable to provide the agreed service, any advance payment for services not provided will be refunded.
